1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or accessing the BunnyChicken mobile application (the "App") or visiting the BunnyChicken website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download, install, or play the App.
2. License to Use
BunnyChicken grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and run the App on your mobile device for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms.
3. In-App Purchases (BunnyChicken Pro)
The basic features of BunnyChicken are available for free. We offer a voluntary, one-time in-app purchase upgrade called BunnyChicken Pro (priced at $4.99 USD or local equivalent).
- Features: BunnyChicken Pro unlocks unlimited logic hints and grants access to all premium level difficulty tiers.
- Billing: Transactions are handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once purchased, the transaction is governed by the respective store's payment terms.
- Restoring Purchases: If you switch devices or reinstall the App, you can restore your Pro status for free by clicking the Restore Purchases button under settings. This verifies your purchase history with RevenueCat.
- Refunds: Since payment operations are handled by Apple and Google platforms, BunnyChicken does not issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the App Store or Google Play Store.
4. User Accounts and Display Names
You may play the game anonymously or create an optional cloud-synced account using Apple or Google Sign-In.
- Display Names: You can select a public nickname. Nicknames are restricted to alphanumeric characters and underscores, with a maximum of 15 characters.
- Content Validation: Nicknames are run through an integrated profanity filter. BunnyChicken reserves the right to reject, filter, or reset names containing offensive, profane, vulgar, or harassing terms.
- Account Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You can delete your cloud synchronizations at any time using the in-game account settings.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding user-specific local save data), including the source code, game mechanics, visual region colors, custom character assets (Bunnies/Chickens), sound effects, music, and the trademark "BunnyChicken" are owned exclusively by BunnyChicken. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or distribute any game assets without explicit written permission.
6. Gameplay & Level Solving Disclaimer
BunnyChicken grids are mathematically generated and verified. Every level is solvable using logical deduction (no random guessing or luck is required). While we make every effort to ensure puzzle generators are bug-free, the App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that level generators will operate without interruption or error.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BunnyChicken and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the App or website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
