1. Overview
At BunnyChicken, we believe in building games, not data pipelines. This Privacy Policy details the minimal data collected, used, and shared when you play the BunnyChicken mobile application or visit our companion website. Our priority is transparency: we don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we only collect what is strictly necessary to run the game and support your progression.
2. Information We Collect and How We Use It
A. Local Gameplay Data
Most of your progress—such as solved puzzle grids, local high scores, level difficulty completions, and settings preferences—is stored locally on your device using local storage (`sqflite` and `SharedPreferences`). This data never leaves your device unless you choose to sync your account.
B. Optional Account Synchronization
If you choose to log in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, we collect your unique user identifier and, when provided, your email address. This is used solely to authenticate your session and sync your levels and purchase status across multiple devices via Firebase Cloud Storage.
C. Purchase History (In-App Purchases)
If you upgrade to BunnyChicken Pro, the transaction is processed securely through Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store. We use **RevenueCat** as our core purchase verification engine. RevenueCat collects purchase details (like transaction IDs, subscription receipt info, and subscription status) to verify your Pro status. RevenueCat does not receive your payment card numbers.
D. Crash Analytics & Diagnostics
To ensure app stability and fix bugs, we collect anonymous diagnostics (stack traces, device models, operating system versions, and app version numbers) using **Firebase Crashlytics** and **Firebase Analytics**. This data is fully anonymized and helps us troubleshoot and optimize gameplay.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We partner with trusted services to handle cloud sync, diagnostics, and in-app purchases. These providers process data in compliance with standard security frameworks:
- Google Firebase (Cloud storage, crash reporting, authentication)
- RevenueCat (In-App Purchase verification and restoration)
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store (Payment and platform distribution)
4. Data Deletion and Your Rights
You have complete control over your data. You have the right to request deletion of your account and cloud backups at any time.
How to delete: You can delete all your user data directly inside the game settings screen by tapping Delete Account & Data under the Account section. This immediately deletes your Firebase Cloud profile, database documents, and links to your authentication credentials.
5. Security
We employ industry-standard encryption practices (HTTPS/TLS) to secure all communication between the app and Firebase/RevenueCat. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Children's Privacy
BunnyChicken is a logic puzzle game suitable for all ages. We do not intentionally or knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have accidentally collected data from your child, please contact us at admin@reactionmastergame.com, and we will delete it immediately.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date.
